The service

A gratis snapshot is a one-page automated check. Token and Pro scans produce fuller reports. Automated results are findings, not a WCAG conformance certificate or legal sign-off. Only scan URLs you are allowed to test. Do not use the service to attack, overload, or scan third-party sites without permission.

Accounts, tokens, and Pro

Token packs are prepaid and expire 12 months after purchase. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Cancel at period end through the billing portal. Unused Pro pages do not roll over. If a pack payment is refunded, remaining tokens from that payment are clawed back (set to zero).

Price, VAT, and invoicing

Businesses outside Belgium with a valid EU VAT number are charged without VAT under the reverse-charge rule. Belgian businesses pay 21 % VAT. Prices shown include Belgian VAT; consumers in other EU countries see their local rate at checkout. Pack purchases receive a Stripe invoice. Subscription invoices use the template configured in the Stripe Dashboard.

Consumers

If you buy as a consumer, Belgian mandatory consumer law applies and cannot be waived. Digital scans start as soon as you request immediate delivery. By ticking the checkout box (“I request immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts.”) you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts, as allowed for digital content supplied immediately.

Refunds: if we refund a pack payment, unused tokens from that payment are removed. We do not refund consumed tokens except where consumer law requires it. Our liability to consumers is not limited for death, bodily injury, or fraud, and is otherwise limited to what Belgian consumer law permits. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence as well as in Belgium.

Business customers

If you buy for a business, you confirm you are acting for professional purposes. A company name is required. A VAT number, if given, is sent to Stripe as an EU VAT tax id and is not used by us to decide the VAT rate. Liability for business customers is capped at the amounts paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, excluding death, bodily injury, and fraud. The courts of Belgium have jurisdiction for B2B disputes.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices, abuse, or unlawful use. Provisions on liability, VAT records, and governing law survive termination.

Data processing

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice. Subprocessors are listed at /legal/subprocessors.

Governing law

Belgian law governs these terms. Consumer forum rules are respected; business customers agree to the Belgian courts as set out above.
